golden arowana Do colour of the oyama play a part for the gold intensity of my aro?

Hi, I was just wondering, do the colour of the oyama do help my aro to really bring out the gold intensity of it?
Currently I didnt put any oyama on my tank background yet. Because heard some say put in clear or white tank til about 12-15inches then change to blue/black oyama.
My aro is about 10-11inches. I using the yellow/gold led light. So should I change to black oyama or wait til my aro bigger then put black/blue oyama?
I seen most of the people here, their gold aro is really gold. Is due to tanning or?
Sorry just started keeping aro. Sorry asking noobie question

Sorry just started keeping aro. Sorry asking noobie question Clear or white background is for WTT which would help the shine climb faster.
Black or blue (black is preferred ) this will help bring out the tone of your aro.
Many people would put in white/clear tank first to make the shine climb faster resulting in full cross (for crossback ) at a younger age . After that they put the aro in a black tank to intensify the gold colour. Golden aros do not need tanning just normal light for your viewing pleasure. Hope this helps

>Full cross is when all the 6lvl scale have full shine (correct me if Im wrong). Btw sometimes the shine will drop when u WTT the aro than transfer to black tank. This is why I would prefer to not WTT at all and let the shine climb as it ages
>or u can look at ur aro from the top if the whole back is gold that means its fully cross if its still dul but have some gold colouring means it crossing
>Black tank for color while white for shine. If yours is a gh and you wanna improve in color, then try white base and black side. Was advice by DFI William.
>hmm. anyone can help me see?
This is w/o the led light
This is with the led light
